Apple iOS 16.0.2 Update Fixes iPhone 14 Pro Max Bugs and Camera Issues

Apple

An update to the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max corrects the bugs that drew attention earlier this week. The iOS 16.0.2 update, which Apple released quickly, not only fixes two much-discussed bugs, but also issues with touch input becoming unresponsive on some iPhone X, iPhone XR, and iPhone 11 displays after being serviced. . When opened in third-party camera apps, some owners of the early iPhone 14 Pro series complained that the rear camera configuration on their new handsets would shake and produce aggressive noise.

On the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, it claims that the update fixes a bug that results in camera shake and grainy photos when shooting with some third-party apps. Users of Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro models reported the first bug on Reddit, claiming that when using third-party apps like Snapchat and Instagram, the rear camera system on their devices shakes violently and makes noises. The iPhone 14 Pro versions seem to function without any hitches in the built-in camera app.

The second flaw was in a brand new feature that repeatedly asked users to grant permission to paste the content into an app, which most users found annoying. The purpose of the security feature is to warn the user that the material they are trying to paste may contain sensitive data. Every time they tried to paste text from another app, the permission box popped up.

iOS 16.0.2 is now available for iPhone 8 and above. The approximately 270 MB update also fixes issues where VoiceOver becomes inaccessible after a reboot and touch input becomes unresponsive on some iPhone models after a service. The screen may occasionally appear completely black while setting up the device. The update includes “critical security improvements” in addition to these bug patches.
