City scored six goals past the Championship leaders Burnley on Saturday to book their trip to Wembleywhere they compete against the team placed second in the second tier.
The Blades will also be without Jason McAtee and Tommy Doyle, both on loan from the Etihad Stadium, with the latter scoring a fine late winner past Blackburn on Sunday.
Brighton scored five against Grimsby to continue their fine season, reaching for the first time since a 1–0 defeat to Man City in 2019.
The semi-finals will be played on the weekend of April 21-22.
