The mutual meeting reportedly took place after the two footballers and some of their friends visited Manchester’s China White club in August last year. Chester Crown Court learned that Grealish, 27, had consensual sex with the 23-year-old who claims to have been raped by Mendy’s boyfriend and fixer Louis Saha Matturie.
The allegations came in a police interview with a 17-year-old girl who claims she was raped that night by both Manchester City star Mendy, 28, and Matturie.
Mendy denies seven charges of rape, one of attempted rape and one of sexually assaulting six young women.
Matturie, 41, of Eccles, Salford, denies six counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault involving seven young women.
In a recording played for the judges, the teen described meeting the men — including Grealish and Mendy — at China White in the early hours of August 23, 2021.
She said she took a taxi with three other girls and one of Matturie’s friends back to Mendy’s mansion, The Spinney, in Prestbury, Cheshire.
Drinks were distributed on the way back to the house, she claimed, and the girls had taken their cell phones with them before going inside.
She said, “There were already two girls on the couch. They were sitting next to Jack. He was already sitting on the couch.”
She described Matturie leading the 23-year-old away “hand in hand” to get more alcohol because “Jack had demanded vodka”.
Matturie then allegedly raped the woman in the car they used to go to a shop at a local gas station before returning to the house.
The 17-year-old told police: “I asked her what had happened. I took her to the toilet. She is totally distraught, in hysteria. She just told me she had fallen asleep in the car and woke up with the feeling he pushed into her.”
The teen told police she felt “uncomfortable” and didn’t know what to do, but didn’t have a phone to call for help.
Later, in a lounge area, she said that Mendy started “checking” her before leading her to an office with a secure lock.
In the office, Mendy allegedly raped the teen twice.
She told police: “We didn’t talk about sex beforehand and we didn’t talk about it after that.
“There was nothing to indicate that we would have sex. During sex, he told me, ‘This is not a 17-year-old’s body. This is not a 17-year-old’s ass. I want you every day’.”
Then the 17-year-old went to look for the 23-year-old woman and found her in a lounge.
She told police: “She told me she had sex with Jack. I don’t know if that was consent or disapproval. I don’t know what that was. But she was talking about it.”
The teenager claimed she was also raped by Matturie, in a cinema room at the Cheshire address and again on the same day at his Manchester flat.
Prosecutors allege that Mendy is a “predator” who has “turned the pursuit of women for sex into a game”.
Matturie, his friend and “fixer,” was reportedly tasked with finding young women for sex.
Both men say that if sex with women or girls took place, it was consensual.
The process continues.
