JADE Goody’s ex Jeff Brazier posted a heartbreaking tribute to the star on her 14th birthday.
TV presenter Jeff, 43posted an emotional tribute to Jade as she shared a photo of the late star.
To mark her anniversary, Jeff wrote on Instagram, “14 years ago today. Hard not to feel flat.
“The boys who lose the most loving and protective mother a child could have hoped for at such a young age will never feel ridiculously cruel.
“The most charismatic, loyal, curious, flexible and engaged person I have known.
“Her strength lives on in her children and I wanted to take a moment tonight to honor her and share it with you.
“One highlight of today though was taking Fred for a trim at @haychembarbers and shortly after we entered we were greeted by the song ‘Rose Garden’.
Not one you’d expect to hear too often, but it was the song Jade sang on stars in their eyes. Fred caught the meaning and it was a beautiful moment that proves she’s with them all along.
“And on we go x.”
Jade, who was best known for her performances on Big Brother and its celebrity edition, passed away after a battle with cervical cancer.
She had two boys with Jeff before they split, Freddie and Bobby, who are now teenagers.
Bobby now stars in the BBC One soap opera East Enders while Freddie is a model.
Bobby now has candid admitted that he was too young to have long-lasting memories of his mother after her death at just 27 years old.
In a new chat with ST Style, Bobby opened up about his mother’s passing, telling the publication, “Not a whole lot. Maybe memories of memories. I’m always told about her and what she meant to people.
“I think I know my mother through other people’s memories of my mother.”
