A millionaire has said he is central London‘s double yellow-lined roads as ‘VIP parking spaces’ – over 100 fines incurred in the past year.

Luke Desmaris, 27, said he made more than £100,000 a month trading the stock market and preferred to ‘save time’ than find a legit spot.

Online videos show him walking from Harrods and a hotel to his £90,000 BMW M4 with yellow fixed fines on his windshield.

A voiceover says, “Brake people see a fine, but I see VIP parking.” The sixth grade dropout from Chelmsford, Essex, started trading post supplies, retail jobs and construction work seven years ago.

He said parking in London ‘can be a nightmare’, adding: ‘If that saves my time, then I will.

“It means I can get home sooner to be able to trade again.”

The video has been viewed 3 million times in a month, and some say the stunt deserved a heavier fine than London’s FPNs ranging from £65 to £130.

One called it a “good idea,” but another said, “That’s why fines should be proportionate to what you earn or per car. £30 for a Ford, £3k for a Ferrari.’
