Vegas showgirl is one of six stabbed – one fatally – outside Wynn casino: Knifeman covered in blood has been arrested
Las Vegas showgirls are among those stabbed in a horrific knife disaster outside a casino that left one person dead.
The entertainers would have been out of the Wynn tourists when the insane knifeman launched the vicious attack.
One person was pronounced dead, six others were injured and rushed to a nearby hospital.
Horrible videos and photos show one of the showgirls in a pool of blood outside the resort on Thursday morning.

Doctors were desperately working on her in front of shocked onlookers, while other footage showed a woman being taken away on a stretcher.
At least one of the victims was taken to the University Medical Center, where loved ones entered in tears.
A witness said, “A man just started stabbing and cutting.” Maxime Wallace, a tourist from Montreal, said ‘everything happened so fast it was hard to see’.
A suspect has been arrested in front of the Venetian resort with significant amounts of blood ‘on his sleeves’.
An area cordoned off outside the Palazzo casino after the Las Vegas strip stabbing at around 11:45 a.m.
There were ten cops outside Wynn casino, possibly looking for some kind of weapon.
The incident allegedly occurred between Wynn and the Resorts World Casino, two major tourist attractions in the city.
Multiple casinos in the area have reportedly closed their entrances in the wake of the attack.
At least some of those targeted by the attack were showgirls. Showgirls are often positioned on the Las Vegas strip and pose for photos with tourists.
Las Vegas Police said: “At approximately 11:42 a.m., the LVMPD received a report of a multi-victim stabbing in front of a casino at 3100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard.
“At least six victims have been located at this time. One victim has been declared dead.
Other victims are being transported to nearby hospitals with unknown injuries.
“The suspect has been arrested. This is an ongoing investigation. There are road closures in the area. Citizens are advised to avoid the area.’
