Prince Harry stayed at Frogmore Cottage last week on his surprise tour of the UK, sources say – despite previous reports suggesting he stayed away from royal estates.

The Duke of Sussex arrived at London’s High Court on Monday for the privacy case he and others including Sir Elton Johnhave filed a lawsuit against Daily Mail owners Associated Newspapers.

Harry and wife Megan Markle has been asked to leave Frogmore, in the grounds of Windsor Castle, and would have until King Charles III’s coronation on May 6 to do so.

However, insiders told The Sunday Telegraph that he nevertheless chose to stay there during his trip, when he also appeared in court on Tuesday and Thursday. He also allegedly used the time to sort out the couple’s belongings and have them shipped back to the United States.

In contrast, Royally Obsessed podcast host Roberta Fiorito said yesterday: “Fox News has a scoop on him staying with friends in London. I also saw he could be staying with Princess Eugenie. Obviously they’re very close.
