Oliver Lacy was known as one of Dahmer’s victims.
Originally from Oak Park, IllinoisLacy was a standout track racer at River Forest High School and has since been described as outspoken, according to USA today.
Lacy, the youngest of three sons, is said to have been a family man and even carried his father’s cross after his death.
Lacy also fathered a 2-year-old child and was engaged to be married, USA Today notes.
