Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle) has made his presence felt good in hollyoakskidnapping not one but two residents in an attempt to instill fear in the hearts of those he wants to kill.
The deranged serial killer returned to the village of the same name earlier this week after a nearly year-long plot to try and get hold of grandson Bobby Costello (Jayden Fox).
With daughter Wendy (Jennifer Armour) who failed to get Bobby to the US, Silas decided to make a comeback himself in the wake of her untimely deathin hopes of finally removing Bobby from the care of the McQueens – a family he has long despised.
Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe), meanwhile, came to believe that Silas was on the way, so she plotted her and Bobby’s escape. Silas, however, thwarted her plans as he drugged her and… kidnapped her before she could leave the country.
Friday (September 23) first look offer from the Channel 4 soap was picked up the next day and the McQueens were very concerned about Mercedes’ whereabouts, as she had never reached the hiding place.
John Paul (James Sutton) and Goldie (Chelsee Healey) reported her missing to the police, claiming that Silas was responsible for her disappearance.
Olivia Bradshaw (Emily Burnett), meanwhile, was working at school when she was confronted by none other than Silas, who was trying to use her own disdain for the McQueen to become an ally.
But despite his best efforts, Olivia was quick to defend her clan, leading to Silas imprisoning her in his evil lair!
In the following scenes, the killer told Olivia that Mercedes is currently alive, and that he plans to use her as a bargaining chip in an attempt to get hold of Bobby.
But will Olivia play his twisted games? Or will she be on the long list of people he’s killed?
Silas Last Stand is the centerpiece of Hollyoaks’ huge stunt week, which starts on Monday, and we highly recommend that you don’t miss it.
