Kim Kardashian reportedly got a restraining order against a man claiming to be able to communicate with her telepathically.
It means that the man in question, Andre Persaud, is not allowed to contact Kardashian and must stay at least 30 feet away from her for five years.
He is also prohibited from owning or possessing a weapon.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZPersaud made three appearances at Kardashian’s home in August and claimed to be armed.
The 42-year-old Kardashian reportedly claims she has never met Persaud and was afraid things would escalate to physical violence.
Persaud reportedly also posted about Kardashian on social media, and at one point, Kardashian says in the documents, “claimed that I communicated with him telepathically.”
Last month was Kardashian granted a temporary restraining order against Persaud.
According to The Blast, Kardashian previously wrote to the court: “I have learned that (he) attempted to enter my residence three times in August 2022.
“He presented a letter to become my business partner. I was told he stated that he traveled to CA to meet me. I never contacted him. He expressed his frustration that I had not responded to him.
“I have been informed that my private security has met him and informed him that I do not wish to have any contact with him. I have been informed that (he) has told my private security that he owns a weapon.”
It’s not the first time Kardashian has worried about her safety.
Last year she claimed bomb and death threats in letters.
